Role Overview
- Lead monthly closing, consolidation, and reporting activities.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS and HGB.
- Support and contribute to improved financial reporting processes and business planning.
- Provide insights that influence strategic and operational decisions.
- Own internal control procedures and ensure strong governance.
- Direct report of 2 team leaders, covering controlling and credit management.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience with leadership exposure.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Initiative-taking mindset.
- Excellent communication.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, HFM is a plus.
