About this role

Support process engineers in creating and updating work instructions
Ensuring that procedures are clear, accurate, and easy for operators to follow
Ensure documents are accurate, complete and properly formatted
Take measurements, as needed, to support the creation and validation of work instructions
Capture photos and/or videos to support and enhance work instructions
Collaborate with different departments to gather information needed for procedures
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes
Perform other related duties as assigned to maintain workflow or respond to emergency conditions.

Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Basic engineering knowledge or currently pursuing a degree in a related field
Knowledge of document control processes and standards
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document tools
Attention to detail and ability to organize information effectively.

Maintains work area in a clean and orderly condition in accordance with 5 S standards
