Role Overview

• Develop bespoke software solutions from frontend through to the database
• Analyze clients' requirements and translate them into working code
• Maintain high code quality and document your work
• Use creative approaches to present even complex issues in an understandable way
• Mentor junior colleagues and share your knowledge
• Take responsibility within projects

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in a software engineering environment
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent) with a strong affinity for IT
• Good German language skills
• Several years of development experience in object-oriented programming (Java, Kotlin, or C#)
• Experience in client-side development (e.g., Vue.js, React, or Angular)
• Flexibility and openness to new working methods
• Strong team orientation
• Ability to abstract and strong analytical skills
• Independent and structured working style
• Customer-focused with enjoyment in client interaction
