Analyze, design and optimize tailored software architectures for diverse clients and business processes
Develop and evaluate technical concepts, advise clients and align solutions with their needs
Take a leading role in development and coach your team through implementation
Serve as the primary technical point of contact responsible for successful implementation
Ensure the long-term viability of our solutions within the system landscape — from legacy systems to cloud and microservices — leveraging your understanding of IT ecosystems
Provide technical leadership for a team of 5 to 10 colleagues across all areas — from requirements analysis and development through go‑live and DevOps

Several years of professional experience in software development, ideally in client projects
Proven experience leading teams as a lead developer or technical architect in projects
Experience developing object-oriented software architecture in Java
Good knowledge of standards and methods for software architecture design
University degree in Computer Science or a comparable program with an IT focus
Good German and English language skills
