You support and advise our clients on BPM projects and actively participate in orchestrating and automating their business processes.
You design well-thought-out BPM architectures together with our clients, ensuring a clear separation of process and business logic, and take into account the interaction between frontend and backend.
You implement business processes and write clean, maintainable, and well-testable code that meets our clients' quality objectives and non-functional requirements.
In addition to business logic, you integrate external systems and reliably and efficiently orchestrate their interaction within processes.
You analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
Together with our clients you design and model new processes in BPMN 2.0 and support their implementation.

Degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in process automation, ideally with prior consulting experience.
Very good knowledge of Java, Spring, and Docker.
Experience with BPMN 2.0 and/or another process management tool such as Signavio or Adonis.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
Self-motivation, a strong willingness to learn, and enjoyment of dynamic teamwork in a growing company.
