Job Description:

Macy's is looking for a strong Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Consultant with a solid background from large global consulting organizations such as Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini, or similar. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in AEP architecture, implementation, and enterprise-scale data integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support AEP implementations across enterprise environments
Design and implement Real-Time CDP, Experience Data Model (XDM), and Data Ingestion pipelines
Work closely with business, marketing, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable AEP solutions
Integrate AEP with Adobe tools such as Adobe Analytics, Journey Optimizer, Target, and external systems
Provide technical leadership, best practices, and solution governance

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
Expertise in XDM, RT-CDP, Identity Service, Segmentation, and Data Streams
Experience working in large enterprise / retail environments preferred
Background from Tier-1 consulting firms (Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture, etc.) is highly desired
Strong communication skills and ability to work onsite 3 days per week in Atlanta
