Planning, coordinating and monitoring digital projects (web, UI/UX, integrations, platforms)
Facilitating communication between clients, developers, designers and management
Creating roadmaps, timelines, backlogs and reports
Applying traditional and agile project management methods (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall — situational and pragmatic)
Ensuring quality, budget adherence and on-time delivery
Proactively advising our clients on digital topics and sensible next steps
Identifying risks, bottlenecks and dependencies early — and confidently finding solutions

Several years of experience in (digital) project management, ideally in an agency or in IT-related projects
Strong understanding of digital products, processes and technologies
High degree of autonomy, excellent organizational skills, an assertive presence and a strong sense of responsibility
Strong communication skills and empathy — but also resilience when things are urgent
Experience with common PM methods and tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Fluent German (C1); good English skills are an advantage
Driver's license (Class B)
