Design a wide range of visual assets, from promotional assets, social content, and presentations to stickers, signage, charger branding, and on-site visuals
Create both still and motion content, including lightweight animations, short videos, transitions, and simple motion assets for campaigns and product communication
Design and adapt digital-first assets for IONITY’s web and HMI touch points
Support product & growth, and network teams with fast, high-quality design execution for launches, tests, and rollout
Apply and scale our brand design system
Manage and use digital assets responsibly, working with our DAM system (Papirfly)
Move fast without losing quality, reacting to briefs, feedback, and changing priorities in a dynamic environment
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in visual design, graphic design, motion design, or a related creative role
Strong visual instincts, with a good feeling for layout, typography, colour, and composition
Hands-on experience with design tools, including Figma, InDesign, Photoshop
Basic experience or strong interest in motion and video creation, using tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar
A fast, proactive working style, comfortable handling multiple requests and quick turnarounds
Curiosity and ambition, you want to learn, improve, and take on more responsibility over time
Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
