You support the team in managing and assisting our influencers and creators
You handle organizational tasks in talent management (e.g., scheduling, email communication, preparing briefs)
You assist with the preparation, coordination and follow-up of campaigns (tracking deadlines, preparing content approvals)
You assist with events (organization & coordination, on-site support, creator relations)
You maintain data, overviews, and reports (e.g., in Excel or internal tools)
You help create presentations and analyses, update media kits, and prepare proposals
You work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Editorial, and Social Media
You will gain insight into the operations of a growing influencer agency within the digital media sector

You are an enrolled student in Media, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
You are interested in influencer marketing, social media, and the creator economy
Ideally, you have some practical experience in social media, marketing, or an agency environment
You work in a structured and reliable way and have strong organizational skills
You communicate confidently and politely—both written and verbally
You are proficient with MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and Canva
You are a team player and enjoy working across different teams and interfaces
Fluent German and good English skills complete your profile
