About this role
Role Overview
Analyze and evaluate customer requirements regarding IT infrastructure and IT services
Design optimized ITSM processes based on ServiceNow and ITIL
Conduct training sessions and workshops
Coordinate and communicate technical implementation details of requirements internally to the exccon Technical Consultants
Manage and coordinate sub-projects with respect to quality and resource allocation
Develop and present project deliverables to clients
Support sales in cost estimation and preparation of proposals
Perform presales activities when presenting ITSM workflows to clients
Provide expert technical consulting and customer support for ServiceNow
Requirements
Deep knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes with extensive experience as a consultant
Industry knowledge in finance, insurance, or the public sector is desirable
Experience with ServiceNow project implementations
Knowledge of large-scale data centers and complex infrastructures
Charismatic, communicative personality with a constructive, solution-oriented approach
High level of initiative, structured working style, and creative potential
Ability to identify opportunities for follow-up projects
Assertiveness, strong teamwork skills, and analytical thinking
Completed technical degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
Extensive consulting experience and relevant work on large projects
Knowledge of ITIL methodology, preferably certified
Experience implementing and customizing enterprise IT software (preferably ServiceNow)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is advantageous
Strong collaboration, team and conflict management skills
Assertiveness and high quality awareness
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, Advanced System Administration, CIS ITSM Professional
Excellent command of German and English, both spoken and written
