- Own our most complex and valuable agent surface area.
- Iterate, innovate, and drive adoption, rapidly evolving our product to stay ahead of the market.
- Collaborate with the CPO and cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- You've built conversational AI products.
- You understand context management, tool use, orchestration, guardrails, and evaluation.
- You've shipped agents to productions and learned hard lessons about what makes them good.
- You prototype with LLMs, you test your own product obsessively.
- AI agents are your thing — you follow model releases, agent frameworks, and the MCP ecosystem.
- You get energy from talking to users, watching session replays, reading support tickets.
- You write well, present confidently, and can align engineering, design, sales, and executive leadership around a shared vision.
