You lead and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), ensuring they meet their targets, while also working successfully as an SDR yourself to stay close to potential customers and collaborate with colleagues
You plan and implement effective sales strategies to generate qualified leads
You coach and mentor your team to continuously improve their sales skills and techniques
You analyze sales data and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements
You and your team identify potential companies and appropriate contacts through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and attending events
You manage, qualify, and track leads in our CRM to keep the sales process efficient and successful
As the first point of contact for potential customers, you build relationships and schedule product demo appointments
You identify customer requirements and needs, match them to our service and product portfolio, and develop value propositions for the customer
You work closely with the marketing team to further develop campaigns and materials for lead generation
You collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to achieve sales targets
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales: You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or in a similar role, ideally in the SaaS or software sector, preferably with complex products
Experience leading and developing sales teams
Practical experience with various sales techniques such as cold calling, email prospecting, and social outreach
Proven experience using HubSpot for lead generation and familiarity with HubSpot workflows
Technical affinity and entrepreneurial thinking make you a competent point of contact
High energy and self-initiative: you drive our sales team forward
Comfortable working with systems in CRM, sales intelligence, and marketing automation
Strong communication skills: you communicate clearly and persuasively and have excellent presentation skills
You are experienced in handling demanding B2B customers and enjoy winning them over
Excellent communication skills in German and English
