About this role
Role Overview
Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding the customer portfolio and contributing to the company’s sustainable growth;
Act as a strategic partner to clients, strengthening relationships and offering customized solutions that add value to their business;
Prepare commercial proposals, present solutions, and lead negotiations focused on results and the development of long-term partnerships;
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sector developments to adjust strategies and identify new opportunities;
Work with a strong focus on sales targets, directly contributing to the company’s performance and revenue growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields;
Proven experience in B2B sales and contract negotiation;
Consultative, strategic profile with a results-oriented approach;
Excellent communication, organizational skills, and relationship-building ability;
Availability to travel;
Knowledge of the energy, fuels, or agribusiness sectors is desirable.
