successfully completed studies in computer science or informatics
5+ years of experience building high-performance APIs & microservices with Java (v17/21) and Spring Boot (3.x)
Strong knowledge of Reactive Programming (Spring WebFlux, Project Reactor)
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (ECS, Lambda, RDS, SQS, etc.) and Kubernetes
Proficiency in PostgreSQL (or other relational DBs)
Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SNS/SQS)
Familiarity with API-first development (OpenAPI/Swagger) and REST/HTTP best practices
Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, ArgoCD)
Passion for clean, maintainable code (TDD, DDD, or hexagonal architecture is a plus)
experience in leading projects from design through to production
English is business fluent (C1) and German ideally good (B2+)
