Build the technological foundation for clients in politics, business, and media

Monitor performance and proactively resolve issues
Act as a software solutions expert, offering support and mentorship to colleagues
Collaborate with Product Owners, Frontend Engineers, and Designers in an agile team.

5+ years of experience with C# overall
Strong backend experience with C# and a deep understanding of web technologies and distributed systems
Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies and distributed systems
Deep understanding of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL (indexes, execution plan analysis, performance tuning, trade-offs)
Solid knowledge of service design using REST and gRPC
Proficiency in LINQ queries and experience with message queues, service buses, and job scheduling services (e.g., Apache Kafka, Redis)
Good knowledge of object-oriented design
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
High proficiency in spoken and written English and strong communication skills
Currently living in Germany or willing to relocate
Frontend or Data Science skills are a plus.
