You advise our clients on UX/UI topics, define requirements together with them, and create tailored target audience analyses and customer journey maps.
Preparing, coordinating and following up on workshops are also part of your responsibilities.
You coordinate and conduct usability and behavioral pattern analyses as well as usability tests to optimize user flow and guidance.
You develop UX concepts and create UX sitemaps, wireframes and click‑through prototypes.
You design new user interfaces, including using the Atomic Design methodology, to create consistent products for our clients.
Requirements
You are currently studying UX design or a related field (preferably at master’s level).
You have a comprehensive understanding of UX design.
You are familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and Figma.
Ideally, you have skills in HTML/CSS and experience with headless CMSs such as Contentful or Storyblok.
Experience applying heuristic evaluation principles on the web completes your profile.
You can adapt well to new requirements and situations and find creative solutions.
You know your strengths and limits; if you get stuck, you proactively ask your team for help.
You work in a structured, independent manner and have a strong willingness to learn.
Conceptual thinking, organization and reliability are among your strengths.
You are enthusiastic about technology and software development.
Very good German language skills (minimum C1).
