Role Overview
- Contribute to the design, delivery and embedding of the Process Improvement Framework
- Lead end-to-end strategy, process and journey reviews
- Use data and analytical tools to uncover inefficiencies, control gaps, root causes and process adherence issues
- Document improvement actions, own delivery of agreed changes, track impact and provide clear, regular reporting
- Produce timely, accurate and accessible colleague guidance
- Support capability building by designing and delivering internal training and ongoing coaching
- Partner with change teams and business stakeholders to drive alignment and embed a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- Operational process experience ideally gained within insurance or financial services
- Strong experience of process improvement and strategic change delivery
- Ability to inspire and influence change at all levels
- A strong understanding of risk, control and assurance
- Broad understanding of commercial objectives
