With your analytical eye you monitor KPIs in the CRM and deliver reliable revenue forecasts for Finance and executive management.
You identify strategic partners and build an active referral network (affiliate, commission) that extends beyond classic inbound leads.
You work closely with operational units to ensure lead quality and resources are perfectly aligned.
Requirements
You have solid leadership experience and know how to motivate a team and lead them to measurable success.
You possess a deep understanding of sales psychology and can methodically transfer this knowledge to your team.
CRM architectures are familiar territory for you, and you enjoy representing sales success in clear dashboards and forecasts.
You think entrepreneurially and are prepared to support executive leadership on an equal footing in agency management.
You are a team player who works well in a collaborative environment, communicates clearly, and actively contributes to joint problem solving.
You have excellent German (at least C1) and good English skills.
