Event & Webinar Management (core responsibility): Own the end-to-end planning, organization, and execution of events and webinars (trade shows, conferences, roadshows, customer events, online webinars).
Travel regularly to represent Brainsuite at events in Germany, across the EU, and internationally (incl. the US).
Research, evaluate, and select relevant industry events, webinar formats, and sponsorship opportunities.
Develop event and webinar concepts, agendas, speaker line-ups, messaging, and experiences that generate qualified leads and pipeline impact.
Manage logistics for on-site and virtual formats (booths, speakers, agencies, vendors, webinar platforms, registrations, reminders, follow-ups).
Measure and report performance of events and webinars (leads, pipeline, ROI) and continuously optimize formats and topics.
Account-Based Marketing & Campaigns: Craft and execute lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns around events, webinars, and target accounts.
Develop ABM strategies with tailored campaigns for high-value accounts in close alignment with Sales.
Equip Sales with relevant event
and webinar-related materials and insights.
Build and manage relationships with journalists and relevant media in DACH, the US, and the UK.
Create and pitch press releases, event-related PR, product announcements, and thought leadership topics.
Secure media coverage, interviews, and speaking opportunities connected to events, webinars, and launches.
Monitor PR impact and brand visibility.
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to promote events and webinars.
Use Google Analytics to track funnel performance, event
and webinar-related campaigns, and conversion rates.
Optimize landing pages and campaign performance in collaboration with Marketing and Sales.
Requirements
3+ years of professional experience in field marketing or event marketing, including hands-on experience in organizing and running webinars (e.g. Contrast, HubSpot, etc.).
Proven experience in planning and executing international events, ideally including the US.
High willingness to travel (Germany, EU, intercontinental travel to the US).
Solid hands-on experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
PR experience and ideally an existing media network in DACH; US/UK experience is a strong plus.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple events and webinars in parallel.
Very good English skills; very good German skills.
Strong interest in AI, SaaS, and brand building.
Based in Germany with a valid work permit.
