Identifying potential insurance broker partners for Finlex, analyzing their potential and engaging them in a targeted manner — by phone, digitally or in person
Guiding new partner brokers through the entire onboarding process
Advising and presenting the specialized range of services and support
Maintaining regular communication with partner brokers
Identifying growth opportunities and initiating sales activities
Preparing sales-relevant data and analyzing leads
Collecting and analyzing market and partner feedback
Requirements
Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, financial services, insurance or a comparable field
Initial experience in sales, consulting or customer management — ideally in a B2B, insurance or financial environment — is an advantage but not required
Strong customer and service orientation and confident communication skills
Enjoyment of advising, selling and building long-term business relationships
Structured, independent way of working with clear priority management
High willingness to learn and genuine interest in complex insurance topics
Willingness to travel
