You ensure that all postings and payments in accounts receivable / premiums accounting are recorded accurately and efficiently
You provide support across the entire process – from invoicing, assigning incoming payments to settling accounts with insurers and brokers
You work with various accounting systems (including openVIVA, Finlex platform)
You check data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with internal and external contacts
You maintain close communication with other departments, insurers and brokers

Completed vocational training and/or a degree in a business-related field, ideally with experience in the insurance industry
Strong affinity for numbers and a willingness to develop and shape processes
Self-responsibility and reliability combined with a precise, efficient and conscientious working style – even for repetitive (but essential) tasks
Quick comprehension and a willingness to use modern accounting systems and to familiarize yourself with new financial systems and processes
Analytical thinking and the ability to transfer knowledge
