You represent ProSolution across all areas: you advise clients, provide strategic input, gather requirements, and independently prepare proposals for our customers.
You focus on existing-customer sales (account management) and are driven to achieve continuous growth.
You build and maintain new customer relationships, keep personal contact with your clients, and act as the face of ProSolution.
You enjoy your work and like working in a team; you contribute your own ideas to the further development of our products and continuously look for solutions for our customers.
You attend relevant events to represent ProSolution, make new contacts, and expand our existing network.
Requirements
You have experience in sales of software solutions and/or experience in the staffing/personnel services sector.
You enjoy gaining new experiences and have a strong willingness and ability to learn.
You inspire people with both your personality and our solutions, have a positive presence, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
You show strong initiative, think commercially and customer‑oriented, work solution‑focused, and act as a reliable partner for our customers.
You hold a valid driver’s license (Class B) and are willing to travel.
