Administration and configuration of our Salesforce environment – user management, flows, validation rules, permission sets and page layouts
Implementation of change requests and further development of the platform in line with our business requirements
Maintenance and expansion of integrations with connected/adjacent tools
Creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards in Salesforce
Ensuring data quality and evolving our data structures
Support for ad-hoc analyses for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
Gradual development of revenue operations know-how – from data-driven forecasting and pipeline analysis to funnel optimization
Requirements
Some initial experience with Salesforce (+1 year); strong motivation to familiarize yourself with the existing system
Salesforce Admin certification is a plus but not required
Affinity for data and analysis – you enjoy working with numbers and deriving insights from data
Basic SQL knowledge is a plus, as is initial exposure to BI tools
Structured working style, willingness to learn and clear communication skills
