Contribute to the preparation of company-wide planning and regular rolling forecasts
Define financial and performance KPIs and areas for analysis
Coordinate data collection and develop actionable recommendations
Analyze business performance and derive proposals for measures
Maintain relevant reporting and decision-support materials for various stakeholders
Support various departments on all commercial/financial queries
Manage key controlling processes
Continuously improve controlling tools and systems

Several years of professional experience (ideally around five years or more) in controlling or controlling-related functions
Experience with SAP S/4HANA
Structured approach to numbers and complex issues
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
Strong conceptual skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Solid methodological skills
Ability to communicate in German and English (minimum B2 level)
