Identify sales opportunities in the market and proactively generate new business for consulting services and projects
Support clients with inquiries and business questions and collaboratively develop a clear vision of customer needs
Manage sales opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle – from lead generation through proposal preparation to contract negotiation
Build a deep understanding of trends and challenges in relevant target markets
Develop tailored customer solutions in collaboration with consultants
Provide methodical, solution-oriented consulting with a focus on individual challenges and market needs
Regularly attend trade shows, conferences and client events and represent the company professionally
Requirements
Successfully completed degree in business administration or a technical/engineering field, or an equivalent qualification
Solid experience in sales, business development or key account management – ideally in a B2B environment with consultancy-intensive products or services
Affinity for technological innovation and experience in the medical technology sector
Negotiation and communication skills in German and English
Willingness to travel – primarily within Europe
Customer-focused with pragmatic problem-solving skills and an emphasis on commercial viability
