Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable, AI-driven People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle
Own and execute onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience
Administer and maintain our HRIS system (Personio), ensuring accurate and legally compliant employee data
Ensure full compliance with labor laws and regulatory frameworks, aligned with Lithuanian, German, and Portugal standards
Lead and coordinate payroll processes in partnership with finance and external providers
Assist in full-cycle recruiting efforts to build out the Vilnius team from the ground up

6+ years of experience in People Operations or HR
In-depth knowledge of Lithuanian labor law; knowledge of German labor law is a strong advantage
Experience with HRIS and ATS systems—Personio experience is a strong plus
Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus
