You perform detailed and ad-hoc analyses of website performance, conversion rates and user behavior – using Google Analytics and Looker Studio, among other tools
You create meaningful dashboards and reports to visualize key KPIs
You interpret data, derive concrete recommendations for action, and actively support the further development of our e-commerce strategy
You test and verify web tracking and ensure high data quality
You design and oversee A/B tests and experiments to optimize website performance
You work closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, IT) and external service providers
You continuously monitor data quality and ensure compliance with data protection requirements
You train colleagues in handling and interpreting analytics data

Completed vocational training or a degree with a focus on e-commerce, online marketing, business, data analytics or a related field
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Looker Studio or similar analytics tools
Experience in web tracking, testing and troubleshooting
Strong analytical skills and experience in deriving data-driven measures
Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and common tracking technologies (e.g., Google Tag Manager) is an advantage
Experience working with external service providers and in project coordination
