You manage and optimize pricing and capacities with the goal of continuously improving margin and utilization
You work closely with Product Management and Flight Procurement and actively contribute your expertise to decision-making
You communicate with airlines, hotels, shipping companies and travel agencies, keeping all relevant parameters in view
You continuously analyze booking and occupancy trends and derive appropriate operational measures
You adjust allotments, implement stop-sales and handle inquiries as well as rebookings
You create and maintain flight and hotel master records and ensure high data quality
Requirements
Vocational training in tourism or a degree in Tourism
Several years of professional experience in Yield or Revenue Management, preferably in the travel industry
Excellent Excel skills and experience with travel reservation/booking systems (e.g., WBS-Blank, Amadeus Vista, Travelport)
Knowledge of IATA is a plus
Analytical and strategic thinking skills and a strong affinity for numbers
A structured, independent way of working and enjoyment in taking on responsibility
Team spirit, creativity and the motivation to make a real impact
You prefer being on-site rather than only online and are willing to come to our office in Rengsdorf 2–3 days per week
