Technical point of contact for customers – remote and on-site when requested
Act as the interface between customers and the development team
Handle inquiries and incidents in 2nd
and 3rd-level support
Perform technical pre-analyses, identify and prioritize issues
Independently manage customer tickets and document thoroughly in the ticketing system
Support the development team with software quality assurance
Optional on-call phone duty outside office hours (voluntary)

Ideally completed IT vocational training (e.g., Fachinformatiker / IT specialist)
Motivated career changers from related fields are also very welcome
Strong knowledge of at least one database, e.g., Oracle, SQL or SQLite
Familiarity with Linux — solid Linux skills are an advantage
Ideally experience in customer service or IT installations
Interest in automotive topics
Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
