Keyword Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and ensure our content is optimized for high-traffic, high-conversion terms.
SEO Audits & Analysis: Perform regular SEO audits and automatic analysis of the website to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices.
Lead Generation & Ranking Improvement: Develop and execute strategies to increase lead generation and improve search engine rankings.
Team Leadership: Play a pivotal role in building and scaling the SEO department, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members while also being willing to follow established processes and guidelines.
Performance Monitoring: Use various analytics tools to monitor and report on the performance of SEO efforts, making data-driven decisions to continually improve outcomes.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure SEO objectives are met at a timely manner.
Project management: Conceptualize and effectively coordinate SEO projects with partner agencies and leadership teams.
Requirements
Proven experience as an SEO Strategist or similar role, with a deep understanding of full stack SEO.
Strong knowledge of SEO tools and software for auditing, keyword research, and analytics.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams, with a long-term vision to scale an SEO department.
Experience with lead generation and improving search engine rankings.
