As an SEO Marketer, you are responsible for the strategy, communication, and creation of a variety of deliverables, mainly focused on content and link building strategies.
You initiate and monitor in-scale content improvements to our digital channels to optimize our search engine visibility.
Developing and executing international content strategies in alignment with marketing campaigns and communication strategies.
Developing and executing link building and Digital PR campaigns to strengthen Action link profile and online authority.
Briefing and guiding the Digital Assets & Content team to write texts that maximize findability and best answer search intent.
Continuously developing new ideas for SEO test cases and executing these tests.
Writing advisory reports on content, technology, and link-building to support SEO goals.
Focusing on different countries and responding to the 'local' differences between cultures/countries.
Coordinating SEO agency resources and activities and ensuring good collaboration.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree combined with 2-4 years of experience as a SEO specialist at an international omnichannel company in retail or e-commerce.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, and SEO research tools such as SEMrush.
Experience or excitement about generative AI and utilizing its potential for SEO.
Experience in briefing, managing and evaluating external agencies, making sure they deliver the most value.
Excellent knowledge of the English language.
Experience with agile working (scrum) is a plus.
Experience in copywriting/content creation is a plus
