About this role
Role Overview
Maintain full ownership of assigned strategic accounts, including relationship management, long-term account planning, and revenue growth
Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, building trust with senior stakeholders and ensuring alignment with customer objectives
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions, manage contract execution, and resolve complex issues
Develop and implement account strategies to grow share of wallet, increase customer satisfaction, and secure repeat business
Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to support sales and marketing strategies
Provide accurate sales forecasts, track account performance, and report progress to management
Lead customer events, site visits, and executive meetings to strengthen strategic partnerships
Identify and propose innovative solutions to meet customer needs and drive long-term collaboration
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
Previous experience working for Chinese PV manufacturer is an advantage
3–7 years’ experience in utility-scale PV/ESS sales or account management
Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and closing complex projects
Deep knowledge of PV policies, market standards, and customer expectations in Central Europe
English & French: C1
C2 (professional working proficiency
near native proficiency)
