Role Overview
- Drive renewal retention and expansion across key customers
- Conduct health checks, adoption reviews, and business reviews
- Maintain accurate renewal and expansion forecasts in HubSpot
- Partner with Product and Engineering to share customer insights
- Map customer org structures and stakeholder networks
Requirements
- 3+ years in Account Management and/or Customer Success
- Proven ability to protect renewals, grow existing ARR, and drive adoption
- Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Nice to have: French, German, Spanish, or Arabic
- Nice to have: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom, Microsoft Teams
