Responsible for the brand experience in the webshop by ensuring a user-friendly, mobile-optimized and visually appealing design, as well as consistent product presentation.
Plan and implement product and marketing activities in the webshop, e.g. banner placements, campaign integration and pricing strategies to improve shop performance.
Overall responsibility for webshop revenue and profitability (P&L) and continuous optimization of relevant KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate and customer retention.
Maintain and develop the product feed and regularly update product descriptions, images, prices and other content to ensure high data quality.
Ensure product availability and coordinate pricing and marketing measures to guarantee smooth shop operations.
Analyze and continuously improve the user experience, with a focus on mobile usage, navigation, checkout process, returns handling and personalization.
Support SEO activities and conduct A/B tests to improve visibility, drive traffic and increase conversion rates.
Monitor and analyze key webshop metrics and derive data-driven recommendations to improve customer experience and shop performance.
Work closely with Marketing, Merchandising and other relevant stakeholders on product launches, campaigns and the development of Direct-to-Consumer channels.
Continuously develop the webshop based on data, customer feedback and market trends.
Requirements
Degree in E‑Commerce, Business, Marketing or a comparable qualification, or relevant professional experience.
Several years of experience building and developing e‑commerce/webshop operations, ideally in fashion, sports or lifestyle sectors.
Very good knowledge of Shopify+ and a solid understanding of Google Analytics 4 and data-driven shop optimization.
Analytical mindset and experience managing business areas based on relevant KPIs.
Strong understanding of customer experience, product presentation, and market & e‑commerce trends.
Ability to identify and develop assortment potential, including identifying webshop-exclusive product opportunities.
Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive working style and a high degree of personal responsibility and initiative.
Excellent communication and presentation skills and experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Very good written and spoken German and English.
