Build, manage, and scale campaigns across Search (Brand & Non-Brand), Shopping, PMAX, and Display
Own daily performance decisions: budgets, bids, scaling, and efficiency optimization
Analyze search terms, auction insights, and competitors to unlock growth opportunities
Execute creative, audience, and structural tests in collaboration with Creative and CRO teams
Optimize the full acquisition funnel—from impression to checkout—to improve CVR, AOV, and profitability
Align campaign strategy across channels to avoid cannibalization and maximize return
Implement bidding strategies (tROAS, Max Conversion Value, AI-driven solutions)
Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CVR, AOV, ROAS) and act fast on trends
Deliver weekly/monthly reports with clear insights and prioritized actions
Stay ahead of Google Ads AI updates and new features to drive competitive advantage
Requirements
2–3+ years managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, PMAX, Shopping, and Display
Strong analytical mindset: you turn data into decisions and actions
Experience managing performance metrics like ROAS, CAC, CVR, CPC
Background in data, engineering, business, or similar analytical fields
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong communicator and collaborator across cross-functional teams
Curious, proactive, and constantly testing new ideas to improve performance
