Trafilea is a Consumer Tech Platform for Transformative Brand Growth, building the AI Growth Engine for consumer brands. The Growth Marketer will optimize Google ecosystems for global growth, manage campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and drive profitability through strategic testing and decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and scale campaigns across Search (Brand & Non-Brand), Shopping, PMAX, and Display
- Own daily performance decisions: budgets, bids, scaling, and efficiency optimization
- Analyze search terms, auction insights, and competitors to unlock growth opportunities
- Execute creative, audience, and structural tests in collaboration with Creative and CRO teams
- Optimize the full acquisition funnel—from impression to checkout—to improve CVR, AOV, and profitability
- Align campaign strategy across channels to avoid cannibalization and maximize return
- Implement bidding strategies (tROAS, Max Conversion Value, AI-driven solutions)
- Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CVR, AOV, ROAS) and act fast on trends
- Deliver weekly/monthly reports with clear insights and prioritized actions
- Stay ahead of Google Ads AI updates and new features to drive competitive advantage
Requirements:
- 2–3+ years managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, PMAX, Shopping, and Display
- Strong analytical mindset: you turn data into decisions and actions
- Experience managing performance metrics like ROAS, CAC, CVR, CPC
- Background in data, engineering, business, or similar analytical fields
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communicator and collaborator across cross-functional teams
- Curious, proactive, and constantly testing new ideas to improve performance
