Role Overview
- Evolve critical internal systems (billing, customer registry, plans, backoffice, internal integrations);
- Reduce manual operational dependencies;
- Improve governance, observability, and reliability;
- Work closely with engineering on architectural evolution;
- Ensure structural scalability of the platform.
- Ensure Bling remains an extensible platform through different technical solutions (API as a Product, MCPs, etc.);
- Ensure performance, stability, and security;
- Establish governance for continuous changes and evolution;
- Monitor adoption metrics and developer experience.
- Evolve the Extensions Hub as an app marketplace;
- Develop monetization and governance models;
- Build a solid partner developer journey.
- Evolve the model for profiles, permissions, scopes, and product security;
- Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Product leadership;
- Background with SaaS platforms, public APIs, and/or developer ecosystems;
- Experience with permissioning, security, and domain-driven architecture;
- Track record of working closely with engineering and architecture teams.
- Strong systems thinking;
- Ability to establish governance without hindering evolution;
- Platform mindset;
- Strategic thinking with technical depth;
- Excellent influencing skills and cross-functional alignment.
