Experience in preparing solution diagrams (Application Architecture / Solution Architecture).
Develop and maintain frontend applications using Next.js, ensuring smooth user experiences and high performance.
Implement server-side features and APIs using Nest.js and Node.js to support the application’s backend requirements.
Design and optimize database schemas using MongoDB / DocumentDB / PostgreSQL for efficient data storage and retrieval.
Maintain a component-driven development approach, leveraging component libraries to improve code reusability and modularity.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to Squad Members to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug application issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement the necessary optimizations.
Collaborate with the design team and UX/UI specialists to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in web development and incorporate innovative technologies into the development process.

Minimum of 8 years of proven professional experience (mandatory)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
Proficiency in Next.js, Nest.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL (mandatory)
Experience building and consuming RESTful/gRPC APIs and implementing server-side logic using Node.js and Nest.js (mandatory)
Solid knowledge of database design and experience with MongoDB/DocumentDB and PostgreSQL
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git/GitHub, to effectively manage and collaborate on codebases
Strong understanding of front-end performance optimization techniques and UX/UI principles
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to provide technical leadership for owned deliverables, collaborate effectively with project peers, DevOps, and business teams.
