Lead the solution design and architecture for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and projects
Translate business and HR requirements into robust, scalable SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions
Provide functional leadership across project lifecycles including design, build, test, deployment and post-go-live support
Configure and implement core HR processes including organisational structures, employee data, workflows and business rules
Advise clients on best practices, standard functionality and optimisation of SuccessFactors Employee Central
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration and reporting requirements
Support and mentor consultants within the SuccessFactors practice
Contribute to project planning, estimations and delivery governance to ensure successful outcomes

Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations
Strong functional expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central including core HR, workflows and data models
Experience working in consulting or project-based delivery environments
Ability to lead solution design workshops and engage confidently with senior client stakeholders
Experience across additional SuccessFactors modules or integrations is highly regarded
Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills
SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable
Eligibility to work in Australia or New Zealand without sponsorship
