Administrador de Sistemas – Exchange

Role Overview

• Administer and support Microsoft Exchange environments (Exchange Server and/or Exchange Online)
• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services and their integration with Active Directory
• Monitor system performance and ensure the availability, reliability, and security of messaging services
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to email, Outlook, connectivity, and authentication

Requirements

• Experience in systems administration with a focus on Microsoft Exchange
• Knowledge of Exchange Server and/or Exchange Online
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 and integration with Active Directory
• Knowledge of Windows Server and administration of Microsoft environments
• Experience troubleshooting email, Outlook, connectivity, and authentication incidents
• Knowledge of PowerShell for automation and administration
• Understanding of security in messaging platforms, including access policies, email protection, and compliance
• Experience with monitoring, backups, and recovery procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
