Technical coordination and supervision of blade teams on site
Provide on-site technical support and guidance for blade-related activities (inspections, troubleshooting, repairs)
Conduct technical audits and field controls of blade service companies
Overarching planning, organization, and execution of fault clearance activities
Support the creation, coordination, and closure of SNOW tickets
Contribute to the global expert network and actively share knowledge and experience
Prepare and evaluate inspection and repair reports
Develop and deliver trainings for various internal and external stakeholders
Assess defect evaluations and develop cross-functional technical solutions
Act as the technical and coordination interface for NX and other internal/external stakeholders

Minimum of 3 years of related work experience with operational blade services is essential
Relevant technical degree or equivalent knowledge gained through professional experience
Willing to work on-site in a rotation scheme, since you will support the countries where Nordex has windfarms all around the world
80% of your time will be spent out of your home country
Communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment
Confident communication with internal and external partners and high customer orientation
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications is required
Strong results orientation, hands-on troubleshooting mentality and systematic problem‑solving skills
Fluent (Professional level) in English; Spanish is a plus
