Independently carry out and lead Financial Due Diligence projects in the context of corporate acquisitions and disposals (Buy-side and Sell-side)
Lead Vendor Assistance projects, model business plans, and support project leadership as an interface between clients, internal teams (e.g., M&A) and external stakeholders
Responsible reporting to clients and internal decision-makers
Contribute to the development and implementation of transaction strategies
Build and maintain sustainable client relationships through continuous communication and advisory support
Requirements
University degree in economics/business administration (Bachelor/Master), ideally with a focus on finance
At least 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Transaction Services/Financial Due Diligence
Solid knowledge of the transaction environment, including balance sheet analysis and financial modeling
Excellent proficiency with common analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel)
Strong customer focus, communication skills and team orientation
Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
Business-fluent German and English
