Strategic social media planning: developing long-term concepts for brand channels and campaigns that increase reach and engagement
Project management: independently planning, implementing and monitoring projects across content, community and paid media
Interface management: coordinating and aligning with internal teams and external partners for efficient campaign execution
Client consulting & stakeholder communication: providing strategic advice, managing expectations and creating suitable proposals together with the commercial team
Performance analysis & optimization: evaluating campaigns, identifying optimization potential and deriving data‑driven recommendations
Trend & innovation monitoring: tracking relevant social media trends and continuously developing the channels

5+ years of relevant professional experience in social media marketing, including strategic planning, paid ads and multi-platform campaigns
Strong project management skills: you bring structure to complex processes and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Creativity & strategic thinking: you spot trends early and develop innovative concepts from them
Strong communication & diplomacy: you persuade stakeholders and teams alike and work in a solution-oriented way
Very good German skills (at least C2) and good English language skills, both written and spoken
Hands-on mentality & initiative: you work independently, proactively and drive topics forward
Plus: prior experience at social media agencies
