Independently manage the entire sales process — from initial contact through to successful deal closing
Handle and qualify inbound and outbound leads, and proactively acquire new customers through cold outreach
Conduct initial discovery calls to assess needs and lead persuasive closing calls with B2B decision-makers
Maintain, document, and systematically manage all sales activities in the CRM system
Build and maintain long-term vendor relationships and actively network within the industry
Work closely with Customer Success to ensure structured handovers and successful onboarding of new customers
Attend events and conferences to acquire customers and position CopeCart in the market.
Requirements
Completed vocational training or degree — e.g., business administration, sales, marketing, or comparable qualification
2–3 years of professional sales experience, ideally in a digital B2B SaaS, FinTech, or e-commerce environment
Proven experience in inbound and outbound sales
Proficient with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
Structured, independent, and performance-oriented working style
Strong communicator — persuasive and confident in negotiations
Excellent German skills and solid English skills, both written and spoken.
