Role Overview
Develop Market Strategy : Create and implement go-to-market models and strategies for assigned markets to drive sustainable growth
Build Profitable Partnerships : Develop business with designated accounts and distributors through short
and long-term planning and active customer development
Execute Sales Plans : Develop and manage sales activities, campaigns, pricing strategies, and operational activities within assigned geography/distributor network
Strategic Negotiations : Negotiate sales agreements with distributors and strategically important customers
Channel Collaboration : Work closely with distributors and their customers while identifying new opportunities and building professional networks
Performance Management : Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, monitor performance against targets, and adapt structures to improve results
Financial Management : Manage trade receivables and handle delivery/invoicing claims efficiently
Market Intelligence : Contribute to sales offerings, pricing, and distribution strategies through market insights and trend analysis
Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong professional networks and customer relationships to enhance market presence
Team Development : Train and educate sales representatives on products, services, procedures, and sales techniques
Requirements
Relevant Education : Bachelor's degree (BA, MBA, MSc) or equivalent qualification
Proven Sales Success : Successful B2B sales experience with demonstrable track record of achievement
B2B Sales Expertise : Strong understanding of proactive B2B sales methodologies, tools, and systems
Solution-Oriented Mindset : Proactive approach with excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills
Cultural Competency : Ability to negotiate effectively with people from different cultures and backgrounds
Systematic Approach : Organized, precise, and detail-oriented working methodology
Travel Readiness : Willingness and availability for adequate international travel requirements
Performance Under Pressure : Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments
Language Skills : Fluent English (written and spoken) – additional languages are advantageous
