As a Solution Consultant, you support our clients and our sales team in designing modern cloud solutions in the Salesforce and CCaaS space.
You work at the interface between sales, architecture, and delivery, are actively involved in customer projects, and accompany clients from the initial technical discovery through implementation.
Provide technical support for sales in tender processes and RFPs.
Conduct technical discovery sessions to analyze customer requirements.
Create and develop solution concepts for CCaaS and Salesforce scenarios.
Plan and conduct customer-specific demos.
Contribute to proofs of concept (PoCs) and, where applicable, hackathons.
Assist with effort estimations and technical components of proposals.
Actively participate in customer projects and provide technical and domain support for implementations in collaboration with Solution Architects and Delivery teams.
Maintain Salesforce opportunities from a technical pre-sales perspective.
Contribute to the standardization and further development of our solution portfolio.
Monitor market and technology trends in the CCaaS and Salesforce landscape.
Requirements
Several years of experience with CCaaS solutions, e.g., Genesys Cloud, Vonage, Aircall, or comparable cloud telephony platforms
Strong understanding of contact center processes and architectures
Experience in technical pre-sales or client-facing technical roles
Fluent in German and English (written & spoken)
Experience with Salesforce, ideally: Agentforce Service, Agentforce Sales, Data 360 or similar
Basic understanding of: cloud architectures, integrations & APIs, surrounding systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, MS Teams, data platforms)
Experience presenting and moderating (workshops, demos)
