You optimize and further develop existing insurance products and integrate the planning into a company-wide roadmap
You produce internal and external product/service overviews and comparisons
You manage the diversification of the product and insurance-carrier portfolio
You support tendering processes and negotiate product setups with insurance carriers/underwriting partners
You ensure document development, creation, and maintenance for a company-wide structured filing system
You are the primary point of contact (m/f/d) for internal product and support inquiries and conduct internal product trainings
You participate in negotiation and integration discussions with partners and service providers to support the B2B Sales department in selling our insurance products
You act as the main contact (m/f/d) for your assigned insurer/partner relationships to ensure smooth communication
You contribute your insurance expertise to support various subprojects and large-scale projects at hepster

You have completed vocational training as an insurance clerk (Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Versicherungen und Finanzen) or hold a degree in business administration/insurance business
You have several years of professional experience in the insurance sector (in P&C product development, e.g., leasing, bicycle, electronics, or pet insurance)
You demonstrate strong analytical and conceptual skills
You are a team player with a structured and proactive working style
You are eager to continually develop and acquire new expert knowledge
You possess very good German and English skills
