Optimize and further develop existing insurance products and integrate planning into the company-wide roadmap
Create internal and external coverage summaries and comparative analyses
Drive diversification of the product and risk-carrier (insurer) portfolio
Manage tender processes and negotiate product setups with insurers/risk carriers
Ensure document development, creation, and maintenance for a company-wide structured filing system
Act as the primary point of contact for internal product and support inquiries and conduct internal product training
Participate in negotiation and integration meetings with partners and service providers to support the B2B Sales department in selling our insurance products
Serve as the primary contact for your assigned risk-carrier partnerships to ensure smooth communication
Use your insurance expertise to support various sub-projects and large-scale projects at hepster

Completed vocational training as an insurance and finance clerk or a degree in business administration/insurance management
Several years of professional experience in the insurance sector (product development for property/casualty insurance, e.g., leasing, bicycle, electronics, or pet insurance)
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Team player with a structured and proactive working style
Commitment to continuous professional development and ongoing acquisition of expert knowledge
Very good command of German and English
