You will deliver training in a hybrid format (2 days in-person in Berlin-Kreuzberg, 3 days remote).
You will teach practice-oriented content on topics such as Python, databases, statistics, machine learning, and BI tools.
You will provide technical support to our participants, give regular feedback, and support their learning progress.
You will prepare participants for relevant tech and data certifications.
You will create a supportive and empowering learning environment for women in tech.

You have solid knowledge in Data Analytics, Python, databases, machine learning, or BI tools.
Ideally, you have experience as an instructor, trainer, coach, or in adult education — or you want to enter the education sector.
You enjoy supporting women who are starting careers in Data & Tech.
You can explain complex topics clearly, in a structured and practice-oriented way.
You are confident with online training, remote teaching, and hybrid learning formats.
You work reliably, empathetically, and in an organized manner.
