Role Overview
Develop and maintain sales plans, pipelines, and forecasts to drive sales growth and meet targets.
Actively seek out and identify potential customers, utilizing lead generation experience and networking skills to establish new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, including C-suite executives, decision-makers, and influencers, to effectively promote and sell Pharmacy Compliance and Workflow SaaS software solutions.
Manage the sales process from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation of contracts, and contract closure.
Stay informed about the healthcare industry, hospital market trends, and competitors' activities.
Set sales targets and consistently work towards exceeding them.
Maintain positive working relationships with Clinical Surveillance and Compliance employees and valued customers.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, leveraging collective expertise to drive success.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
1+ years of business development sales experience
Experience with Salesforce.com
Understanding of health markets
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products.
